Scholarships

Introduction

Since the 2020 academic year, Notre Dame Seishin University has established a diverse array of scholarship programs with the aim of enhancing its scholarship system. Its intention in doing so is to keep up its commitment to the educational mission founded by St. Julie Billiart, the founder of the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur that in turn is the founding body of the University, and to faithfully fulfill the University's mission of developing true free individuals.
Generally, there are two types of scholarships: “loans,” which must be repaid, and “tuition exemptions” and “grants,” which have no repayment obligation. All scholarships unique to the University have no repayment obligation. It is the hope of the University that high school students who wish to enroll in the University and existing University students will take advantage of this scholarship program to grow.
