In assisting students with their job search, the thing valued by the Center the most is "engaging each individual student with earnest."
The Center focuses on individual interviews in particular, providing support tailored to each student's wishes and goals so that they select a career path that leverages their characteristics.
Numerous students take advantage of the Center's individual interviews, whose annual total exceeds 4,000.
As a result, for fourteen straight years, 98% or more of students have had success in their job search. Various forms of advice are also offered to alumni as well.

Each individual student is provided with multifaceted support for their future
Students are provided with backup for their job search activities in a myriad of ways so that each of them can realize their desired career path, including overall guidance starting from lower grades, job search support meetings by students who received offers and the conducting of various courses. Roughly 80% of students from the local Okayama Prefecture where this community-based university is located find work locally. Additionally, for students from prefectures other than Okayama who seek to find work in their places of origin, visits are also made to corporations and related organizations in those places as well to cultivate job listings and gather information.

A wealth of materials, the kind that can only be found at Seishin
Students may peruse a wealth of materials that include up to roughly 1,600 individual corporation and public servant files and employment examination reports accompanied with messages from upperclassmen. Books, magazines and other forms of information are also available to accommodate the latest employment examinations.
