Four years of learning Department of Foods and Human Nutrition
Process of four years of learning
Curriculum
Students will pursue nutritional studies as a general science while tackling diverse academic fields.
In this Department, "dietitian theory" has been established as an academic subject directly following enrollment in order to cultivate an understanding of the roles of dietitians in society. Additionally, through studying in Christian classes, liberal arts classes in humanities and natural sciences and self-reliance development classes, students will examine their chosen disciplines of specialty from a number of angles and build a wealth of humanity and intellect for developing a true understanding of "human nutrition." Furthermore, while incorporating numerous experiments and practical training, students will study nutrition as a life science and nutrition as an applied and clinical science.

1st Year
Students will consolidate their foundation in nutrition studies through a wide range of learning.
2nd Year
Curriculum is centered on specialized subjects. Classes consisting of practical training and experiments will gradually increase.
3rd/4th Year
Clinical training at hospitals, administrative facilities, etc. starts from the 3rd Year. Students will select courses/seminars from three disciplines.
